Digital Profits U (DPU) Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or accessing Digital Profits U (“DPU”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Product

Digital Profits U (DPU) is a one-time purchase digital education product that includes Master Resell Rights (MRR).

DPU is designed as a learn & earn digital business education asset, providing training, resources, and materials related to:

• digital reselling

• digital marketing

• online business fundamentals

DPU is not a mentorship program, coaching program, or managed service.

2. No Mentorship or Ongoing Support

DPU does not include:

• mentorship

• coaching

• weekly office hours

• community access

• ongoing customer support services

Any previously offered live sessions or office hours are not guaranteed and are officially discontinued as of January 1, 2026.

Access to the digital product itself remains unchanged.

3. Master Resell Rights (MRR)

Your purchase of DPU grants you the right to resell access to DPU in accordance with the licensing terms provided.

• You may keep 100% of the profits from your own sales.

• You may not claim ownership of the original product or intellectual property.

• You must accurately represent DPU in all marketing and sales materials.

4. Reseller Responsibility

If you choose to resell DPU:

• You are solely responsible for providing support to your customers.

• You may not promise or imply mentorship, coaching, office hours, or community access.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all sales pages, funnels, emails, and promotional materials accurately reflect what DPU currently includes.

Any misrepresentation of DPU is the responsibility of the reseller, not the original creator.

5. Sales Materials & Funnel Assets

Updated example funnels, templates, or assets may be provided within DPU for guidance.

However:

• These materials are for reference only

• It is your responsibility to update and customize your own sales materials

• You must ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times

6. Updates

Content updates to DPU may be provided at no additional charge when deemed necessary or appropriate.

Updates are provided at the discretion of the creator and do not imply ongoing support or mentorship.

7. No Income Guarantees

DPU does not guarantee income, profits, or business success.

Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and execution. You are responsible for your own business outcomes.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of DPU, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges are provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

The creator of DPU shall not be held liable for:

• business decisions made by purchasers

• reseller customer disputes

• income claims made by resellers

• misuse or misrepresentation of the product
